Katya is an experienced educator in the field of movement, dance and healthy living. She has been training in dance since the young age and has been in the field of fitness for over 10 years. Currently Katya works as an independent fitness trainer, professional dancer and a fitness model.
Her goal as a trainer is to share the joy of movement with people through a fun, challenging and safe workout . Her class combines the elements of dance cardio, Pilates and functional training and set to the beat of music.
